Limited Lifetime Warranty
Sonoran Wood Blinds
The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased from Consider Yourself Covered is free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation or maintenance, failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure of the sun over a long time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear will also void this warranty.
Basswood blinds are a natural wood product. There may be variations in grain texture and slight warping may occur. These are all characteristics of wood. The manufacturer warrants its wood blind products from excessive warping for 90 days from date of purchase.
Slat closure at the bottom of the blind will not be as tight as the upper portion of the blind. This is a standard manufacturing characteristic of horizontal products.
The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components that may prove defective in normal use within the life of the blind. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any product or components prior to repair. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for transportation costs to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will not be liable for cost of removal or re-installation of the product, or incidental damages.
To obtain service under this warranty, contact Consider Yourself Covered. The original purchaser shall be responsible for the transportation cost of the product or replacement back to the original purchaser anywhere in the continental United States. No agent, representative dealer or unauthorized employee of the manufacturer has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to contract orders.

This is a limited warranty, and the obligation of the manufacturer is solely limited to repair or replacement of the product or its components found to be defective. Repairs will be made only with like or similar parts.
This warranty does not include shipping charges or the cost of labor for removal and reinstallation of product.
This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the product or window, from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorized devices, loss of color intensity, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installations, cleaning, or maintenance. Improper, inappropriate, or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs, or maintenance voids this warranty.
